In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "mayawin," "Platform," "we," "us," "our" — refers to the mayawin online gaming platform accessible at mayawin.vip and all associated services, features, and mobile interfaces operated thereunder.
• "Player," "you," "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the mayawin Platform.
• "Account" — refers to the personal account registered on mayawin by the Player, linked to a unique Philippine mobile number or username.
• "Wallet" — refers to the internal mayawin balance maintained within a Player's Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• "GCash," "Maya" — refers to the Philippine-based mobile wallet services operated by G-Xchange, Inc. and Voyager Innovations, Inc., respectively, used for deposits and withdrawals on mayawin.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any credits awarded to a Player's Account through promotional offers, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback awards, or other incentive programs.
• "Real Money Funds" — refers to funds deposited by a Player into their mayawin Wallet using an accepted payment method.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the number of times Bonus Funds or a qualifying deposit amount must be wagered before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings may be requested.
• "PAGCOR" — refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — refers to any jurisdiction in which access to or use of the mayawin Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable laws.

By accessing the mayawin Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotional activity offered by mayawin, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the mayawin Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease accessing the mayawin Platform and refrain from registering an Account or making any deposits.

Your continued use of the mayawin Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updates. It is your responsibility to review the current Terms regularly. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

To register an Account and use the mayawin Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age, consistent with Philippine law governing real-money gaming activities.
2. You must be a resident of the Philippines or otherwise located in a jurisdiction in which access to online gaming platforms is not restricted or prohibited.
3. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable Philippine law.
4. You must not have been previously excluded from the mayawin Platform through a self-exclusion request or an enforced exclusion imposed by mayawin.
5. You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of any such individual associated with mayawin or its technology and game providers, where such participation may create a conflict of interest.

mayawin further reserves the right to restrict access to the Platform from any jurisdiction at its sole discretion, in compliance with PAGCOR guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.

To access mayawin's real-money gaming services, you must register a single personal Account. The following terms apply to Account registration and maintenance:

Each Player may maintain only one (1) Account on the mayawin Platform. The registration or use of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. mayawin reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit the balances therein if multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual.

You are required to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and payment details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any one-time PINs (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. mayawin will never request your password through any communication channel. You must notify mayawin support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

mayawin may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require you to complete identity verification procedures in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. Verification may include submission of a government-issued Philippine identification document, proof of address, and/or confirmation of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within a specified timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting the mayawin support team via in-app live chat. Any Real Money Funds remaining in your Wallet at the time of closure will be returned to your designated GCash or Maya account, subject to applicable verification procedures. Bonus Funds not yet converted to withdrawable winnings through completed wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

The following terms govern the deposit of funds into your mayawin Wallet:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. No deposit fees are charged by mayawin on any accepted payment method.
• Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and QR Ph. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
• GCash and Maya deposits credit to your mayawin Wallet within seconds of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits typically credit within 15 minutes via InstaPay.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will trigger an AML review.
• mayawin is not responsible for delays, failed transactions, or losses arising from issues with your bank, mobile wallet provider, or telecommunications network.
• mayawin reserves the right to reverse deposits identified as fraudulent, originating from unauthorized accounts, or in breach of these Terms, without prior notice.

The following terms govern the withdrawal of funds from your mayawin Wallet:

mayawin targets a 1–2 hour processing window for GCash and Maya withdrawal requests submitted during standard operating hours. This represents mayawin's operational commitment and reflects the median processing time across all qualifying withdrawal transactions. mayawin does not guarantee processing within this window in all circumstances, including during periods of high transaction volume, system maintenance, or mandatory verification holds.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. No withdrawal fees are charged by mayawin on any accepted method. Third-party transfer fees imposed by your bank or wallet provider are your sole responsibility.

mayawin reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted by Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may be delayed until verification is completed. This is a standard industry and regulatory requirement, not a penalty.

Winnings derived from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully satisfied. Wagering Requirements specific to each bonus offer are detailed in the applicable promotional terms. Real Money Funds deposited by the Player are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to verification and minimum amounts.

mayawin reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, AML concerns, or breach of these Terms. In confirmed cases of fraud or Terms violation, mayawin may forfeit funds in the Account and report the matter to the relevant Philippine authorities including PAGCOR.

mayawin offers a range of promotional programs, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards, subject to the following general terms:

• All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions (where applicable to sports betting), and time limits. These are set out in the individual promotional terms accompanying each offer.
• Bonuses are available to one Account per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Circumventing this restriction via VPN, proxy, or other means constitutes bonus abuse.
• mayawin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's Account prior to the change.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the interpretation of bonus terms, mayawin's decision shall be final and binding.
• Players who self-exclude or activate responsible gaming restrictions on their Accounts may have their eligibility for certain promotional offers suspended for the duration of the restriction.

All games available on the mayawin Platform are supplied by licensed third-party game providers whose software is independently certified by recognized testing laboratories for Random Number Generator (RNG) integrity and compliance with published Return to Player (RTP) rates.

Game outcomes on mayawin are determined by certified RNG systems and are not influenced by mayawin, the player's session history, account balance, betting patterns, or any other external factor. Each game outcome is independent of all previous outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including but not limited to disconnection, server error, or software fault — mayawin's system logs shall be the authoritative record of game outcomes and wallet balances. mayawin is not liable for losses arising from player-side technical failures such as internet disconnection or device malfunction.

Specific rules governing individual game categories — including Tongits Go, Bingo, fishing games, slots, and live dealer tables — are accessible within each respective game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before participating.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the mayawin Platform and will result in Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and/or reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering or maintaining more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or game malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner inconsistent with normal human gameplay.
• Colluding with other players in any game mode to exploit outcomes at the expense of other participants.
• Systematically exploiting bonus or promotional offers through coordinated multi-accounting or any other abusive strategy.
• Accessing the mayawin Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the Platform or negatively impacts the experience of other Players.

mayawin is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all its Filipino players. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered Accounts:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount they can deposit into their mayawin Wallet. Limits take effect immediately upon setting and may only be increased after a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may activate session duration reminders or automatic logouts after specified time thresholds.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the amount they are prepared to lose within a given period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players wishing to take a break from gambling may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from their Account settings or via mayawin support. Self-exclusion is effective immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content on the mayawin Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, images, audio, and the overall design and architecture of the website — is the intellectual property of mayawin or its licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the mayawin Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes, consistent with these Terms. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, broadcast, or commercially exploit any content from the mayawin Platform without express prior written consent.

The mayawin name, logo, and associated brand elements are trademarks of mayawin. Unauthorized use of these marks is prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, mayawin's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player into their mayawin Wallet in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

mayawin expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profit, revenue, savings, business, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether planned or unplanned.
• Losses arising from player-side technical issues, including internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or browser incompatibilities.
• Actions or omissions of third-party service providers, including payment processors, game developers, and telecommunications networks.
• Any unauthorized access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude mayawin's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

mayawin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the mayawin Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by mayawin may be used for Account management, identity verification, regulatory compliance, customer support, fraud prevention, and the delivery of promotional communications where consent has been provided. mayawin does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and licensed game providers as required for the lawful operation of the Platform.

mayawin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the in-app notification system or the email address registered to the Account, no less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the effective date of the change — except where immediate changes are required by law, regulatory directive, or urgent operational necessity.

Your continued use of the mayawin Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your irrevocable acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must request Account closure prior to the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the mayawin Platform, or any service provided thereunder — including disputes relating to their existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination — shall first be submitted to mayawin's customer support team for informal resolution. If the matter is not resolved within thirty (30) calendar days, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory body under PAGCOR's jurisdiction or, if applicable, to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

Players who believe a game outcome or transaction has been processed in error should contact mayawin support within thirty (30) calendar days of the disputed event, providing all relevant Account and transaction details. Claims submitted beyond this period may not be considered.
